We use USPS ground which takes 2-5 business days, and we’ll be shipping from our house mostly so expect another few days. For now we are only shipping domestic in the US. I don’t want to mess with customs right now. Maybe in the future.
We will always try to have things shipped out as quickly as possible but sometimes things might set us a bit behind. Please be patient, we will do our best to get the packages to you ASAP but we are doing this all on our own. If for any reason there are delays we will be in touch.
Returns
Generally, returns are not accepted.
Returns are only accepted if you receive the wrong item or if the item broke during shipping.
If the item is broken please take photos of the unused item and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We test all gloops and mugs for weakness. I press on the bowls of the pipes to make sure they’re not fragile, I pour hot water into the mugs to make sure they don’t crack. I try to make my objects sturdy and durable, they should be dishwasher and microwave safe but these are handmade items and should be handled with care.
It’s important to us that you are satisfied with what you receive so if you have a problem just talk to us and we will work it out.
